Action:
1) Click 'Start' button to display the Windows 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Printers'.

4) Click the 'Details' tab.
5) Make sure the correct port is selected in the 'Print to the following port' box.
6) If the correct port is not selected, select the correct port from the 'Print to the following port' drop-down list box.
7) Check the port settings as follows:
a) Click 'Port settings...'.
NOTE: Printers that have proprietary printer configurations have an additional button available to access those settings.
b) Make sure the port settings are correct.
8) Click 'OK' (respectively) to accept any changes and return.
